Southborough also known as Southboro, a total area of 15.7 square miles and is bordered by Hopkinton on the south, Framingham and Ashland on the east, Westborough and Northborough on the west, and Marlborough on the north.
Southborough’s history is mainly as a farming community and the town still prides itself on it’s lack of commercialism and protection of open spaces.
In 2009, Southborough was named #31 in the nation on CNN Money’s “100 Best Places to Live”.
